Creative Suite Access

Registering for Adobe Creative Cloud

Go to your CCC email. Search for “Get Started with Creative Cloud”.

Open the email and click on Get Started.

Create a new account. You will need to create one with your CCC account to have free access this semester.

If you already have an adobe account, it is recommended that you merge the accounts together UNLESS you are already paying for an Adobe subscription which you wish to keep active after the semester is over.

Logging Into Adobe Creative Cloud

To utilize the Creative Cloud software, Adobe requires that you log in. If you are using the Azure Virtual Lab, you will be required to log in with either your existing Adobe account or the account you created in the steps above through CCC. You may use the subscription provided to you through the college, or, if you already have your own subscription, you may log in with your own Adobe credentials.

Installing Adobe Creative Cloud (optional)

As part of your CCC-issued Adobe subscription, you may install Adobe Creative Cloud on your own computer if you wish. Ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before attempting to install the software by clicking here: Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements. Access to the software will only be retained through the end of the semester in which you are enrolled.

Account and Data Retention

Adobe accounts are not routinely deleted; however, Adobe accounts may be deleted at any time and access to the software will only be retained through the end of the semester in which you are enrolled. Always save your files to a third-party online file storage platform such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or your local computer if it is backed up. It is not recommended to save data to your local computer unless it is backed up.

Support

To report issues with your Adobe account, or if you never received the enrollment email, please send an email to hwc_helpdesk@ccc.edu and note the course name/number you are enrolled in.
