Go to wright.ctb to download the plotstyle used in many of the exercises.
Go to the Block Folder to download AutoCAD blocks. When you choose a file, it is important that you download it instead of opening it from the web. Once downloaded, you can use the Insert tool to bring it into your file.

Visit the Herman Miller website for downloadable content. Some of the pieces are quite large. Simpler pieces will have less effect on the size of your files.
